What data is collected
When you register through the online form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your trade and district preferences, full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, qualification and specialisation, years of experience, current district, and the documents you upload (degree or diploma certificate, experience certificate, and resume).
Why it is collected
- To record your registration for the vocational teacher positions described on this website.
- To shortlist candidates on qualification and experience, and to contact shortlisted candidates on the mobile number and email provided.
- To match candidates to trades and districts where vacancies exist.
Your data is not sold, and it is not used for any purpose other than this recruitment process.
How it is stored
Registrations are stored in a secured spreadsheet owned by the organisation's account, with access restricted to administrators of the registration process. A backup copy is maintained to protect against data loss.
How long it is kept
Registration data is retained for the duration of this recruitment cycle and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up queries and future vacancies under the same programme. You may ask for your registration to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
- You may ask what data we hold about you.
- You may ask us to correct or delete your registration.
- You may withdraw your consent, after which your registration will not be considered further.
No fee, ever
No fee is charged at any stage of this registration or selection process. We will never ask for payment details, and no one is authorised to collect money on our behalf.
